INED is a wordcombination of insert 2 countries Indonesia and the Netherlands.
INED Projects Foundation has an official status and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce. Our Foundation implements projects in Indonesia in the context op Poverty Reduction based on the Sustainable Development Goals from the United Nations. Our (small-scale)projects are also in the field of: Education, Health Care, Orphanage support, Clean (drinking)water and so on. We also fight against poverty and want to contribute, however minimally, to the negative consequences of global climate change worldwide.
We make no distinction between religian and ethnic origin.
We are currently also concerned with Global Climate Change and its negative consequences. Also the problems in Indonessia with plastic waste. It seems that the vast majorrrity of the Indonesian population is not aware that this has far-reaching consequences for what lives in the sea and ocean, but it is also dangers for humanity. We are working together with Agatha Tunas Bangsa in Malang to contribute and tackling this problem.
We receive a lot of support from Professor Dr. Frans Wijsen of Radboud University Nijmegen and Universitas Gadja Mada in Yogyakarta.
